What people ask us.
How do I pay for Realtor Pro?
By card from your dashboard, or by SINPE Móvil and bank transfer if that suits you better. It is billed monthly in US dollars and you can cancel whenever you want, with no penalty.
Does the free plan expire?
No. Use it for as long as you like. If you ever need the closing tools, you move to Pro.
Is there any way to get Pro without paying for it?
We are building an agent referral program: bringing in colleagues who genuinely list will count toward your plan. We have not published the conditions yet because we want them to work before we promise them. Leave your email and we will tell you when we open.
Does IkiHomes take commission on my sales?
No. The platform takes no part in the negotiation and takes no percentage. The only charge is the monthly Pro subscription.
I am an owner, not an agent. Can I still use it?
Yes. You create an owner account and list your property. The free plan includes one active listing. If you have several, write to us and we will sort it out.
What are private listings?
Properties you load into the system that never appear in public search. You generate a link and share it only with whoever you choose.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, with no penalty. You keep your free account and lose no property: anything above the free plan's limit becomes a draft until you reactivate.
